About the Authors
Michael Neenan is Associate Director of the Centre for Stress Management and Centre for Coaching, Blackheath, London. He trained as a cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) and later, with others, adapted CBT for use in coaching.
Stephen Palmer is Professor of Practice at the Wales Academy for Professional Practice and Applied Research, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and Founder Director of the Centre for Coaching, London.
