About the Author
With over thirty years of human resources generalist experience, Charles has overseen all global HR processes. Currently, Charles serves as Managing Director, Human Resources for Group One Trading, LP. Most recently, Charles served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Aceto Corporation, a global public company. Charles holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College in New York where he also received his undergraduate degree in HR Management.
