Heart Work: 19 Expressions of Heart-Centered Leaders is the first published work written by author, motivational speaker, and executive leadership facilitator Glenn Thomas. This inspirational, thought-provoking manuscript shares Glenn’s life and leadership journey, while detailing the 19 expressions of heart-centered leaders.

Heart Work is filled with jewels of intra and inter-personal learning experiences, centered on the heart, mind, wellness, and leadership. After working in the non-profit, government and private sectors as an executive leader, Glenn saw that there was so much missing in organizational cultures...beginning with the heart. Employees didn’t feel valued, empowered or even inspired to bring their best to the job. And unfortunately, many of the same environments still exist today. This work is essential now more than ever; supporting people from all walks of life to courageously tackle matters of the heart. Heart work is in fact the most necessary work that we can undertake in our world today.
