He is the author of the book, Hiring for Diversity; he is a three-times TEDx speaker and has advised leading brands from Disney, Sonos and MetLife to the Smithsonian.

Susanna Tharakan is a leader and researcher focused on advancing diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces. She began her DE&I journey at Snagajob and continued this important work at Mathison by applying her knowledge and understanding of human behavior, coupled with extensive research in DE&I, to develop an Equal Hiring Index®.
