About the Author

Kimbertly A. Jones, MBA, SWP, is a motivational and keynote speaker whose career spans 30+ yrs. across multiple work sectors, including military, corporate, non-profit and federal government. Founder and Principal of WP Publishing, he also serves as a Senior and Technical Adviser for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In this role, he provides senior advisory consult to executive and senior leaders performing advanced data science research, qualitative and quantitative analysis for implementing enterprise-wide workforce planning, evaluation and program development.

Kimbertly is a President Management Council Fellow, sponsored by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Executive Board (FEB). He holds a Business Analytics Certification, from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is certified as a Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) through the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
