About the Author
Peter Cheese is Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for HR and people development. He is also Chair of the What Works Centre for Wellbeing. He writes and speaks widely on the themes of the future of work, and engages with politicians, policymakers, academics, business leaders and leaders in the people profession. Prior to the CIPD, he was Chair of the Institute of Leadership and Management after a long career at Accenture.
