Purchasing & Order Status

  1. To purchase for another person, please contact the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email. You cannot purchase for other people over the internet.

  1. SHRM registrations are done on an individual basis, but if you have a group of 25 or more then we may be able to bring the training to you. Please contact corporatetraining@shrm.org

  1. If you select a membership type and add it to your cart, it will remain there for 30 days.

  1. If your membership is no longer displayed in your cart, it may have reached the 30 day expiration date. You may re-select your item to add it to your cart before checking out.

  1. You may need to be a member to access certain areas of the SHRM.org website (member-only areas). However, membership is not required to attend any SHRM seminars or conferences, or to purchase SHRM products.

  1. SHRM does not offer gift certificates for membership. However, you may purchase membership for another person. To purchase for another person, please contact the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email. You cannot purchase for other people over the internet.

  1. An invoice may be created by contacting the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email, however registrations are not complete until payment has been received in full.

Login/Password

  1. Login with your email address and password, at login.shrm.org. Our sign in process has changed. If you haven't set up your secure login, enter your 8-digit Member ID in the Email field and your Last Name in the Password field to begin this process.

  1. If you do not remember your password, please visit login.shrm.org and click the “Forgot Password?” link. You will receive password reset instructions via email to the address listed on our records.
