A new poster is required under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). This federal poster change went into effect on April 1, 2020. The new poster will need to be displayed by: Employers with 500 or fewer employees; all public agencies (schools, federal and state agencies, cities). All labor law poster orders will include the new FFCRA poster.
