Can I purchase for other people?
To purchase for another person, please contact the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email. You cannot purchase for other people over the internet.
Can I do a corporate purchase?
SHRM registrations are done on an individual basis, but if you have a group of 25 or more then we may be able to bring the training to you. Please contact corporatetraining@shrm.org
How can I ensure my order was received?
You should receive a confirmation via email. However, if you may contact the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email to ensure your order was received.

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?
You may access a receipt of payment online under your account / MySHRM area. You may also request a receipt of payment via phone or email.
Can I put something in my cart and come back later?
If you select a membership type and add it to your cart, it will remain there for 30 days.
I saved something in my cart and now it is gone.
If your membership is no longer displayed in your cart, it may have reached the 30 day expiration date. You may re-select your item to add it to your cart before checking out.
Can I view my order history?
Order history may be viewed online under your account / MySHRM area.
Do I need to be a member?
You may need to be a member to access certain areas of the SHRM.org website (member-only areas). However, membership is not required to attend any SHRM seminars or conferences, or to purchase SHRM products.

Can I use a Gift Certificate?
SHRM does not offer gift certificates for membership. However, you may purchase membership for another person. To purchase for another person, please contact the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email. You cannot purchase for other people over the internet.
Can I be invoiced?
An invoice may be created by contacting the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email, however registrations are not complete until payment has been received in full.

Login/Password

How do I login?
Login with your email address and password, at login.shrm.org. Our sign in process has changed. If you haven't set up your secure login, enter your 8-digit Member ID in the Email field and your Last Name in the Password field to begin this process.
What if I don't remember my password?
If you do not remember your password, please visit login.shrm.org and click the “Forgot Password?” link. You will receive password reset instructions via email to the address listed on our records.
What if I don’t know my username?
Your username is your email address which we have listed on file. If you do not recall your username, please contact the SHRM Member Care Center:

Do I have to have a username and password?
Certain areas of the SHRM website are public, other areas contain member-only information. However, to make any purchases, you must create a username and password.
Can I change my password or username?
Your username is your email address which we have listed on file. If you wish to update your username, you will be required to update your email address on our records. You may change / update your email address online on the MySHRM area (My Account tile) shrm.org/my/account.
