Can I pay by credit card?

Can I pay with a PO?
SHRM accepts purchase orders for conferences from Government agencies only. Purchase orders may be mailed, accompanied with a completed registration form, to:

Can I use a Gift Certificate?
SHRM does not offer gift certificates for conferences. However, you may purchase seminar for another person. To purchase for another person, please contact the SHRM Member Care Center:

Can I be invoiced?
A invoice may be created by contacting the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email, however registrations are not complete until payment has been received in full.
What is the sales tax?
SHRM Conferences do not include sales tax.

Refunds

What is the refund policy?
Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee until the set cutoff date for each conference. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received during the late cutoff date. Cancellations received after the final cutoff date are nonrefundable.
How do I request a refund?
A cancellation must be in writing using our online form or can be faxed to 1-703-535-6490.

Transfers/Cancellations

What is the transfer policy?
You may transfer your registration to another person. All requests must be received in writing using our online form or can be faxed to 1-703-535-6490. If a SHRM member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things: Pay the difference of the SHRM member and nonmember price at the time of the transfer or become a SHRM member at the time of the transfer.
