Purchasing & Order Status

Can I purchase for other people?
If making a purchase on behalf of another, please log in as the user taking the course or the corporate administrator. Accounts and user licenses are assigned to the purchasers.
How can I ensure my order was received?
You should receive a confirmation email to the email address on file once the payment has been received, however if another is required, please contact SHRM eLearning:

How can I check on order status?

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?
FA receipt will be emailed to the corporate administrator once the payment has been received, however if another is required, please log into shrm.org. Once logged in, click on your name in the top-right corner and My Account in the drop down menu. If you are unable to log into your account, please contact SHRM E-Learning:

Can I put something in my cart and come back later?
Selected e-learning courses will remain in your cart for approximately 30 days.
I saved something in my cart and now it is gone.
If your course is no longer displayed in your cart, it may have reached the 30 day expiration date. You may re-select your item to add it to your cart before checking out.
Can I view my order history?
Your transcript or course history will show all of the courses that you have purchased and/or completed in the new SHRM eLearning System for a particular account. You will always have access to your transcript and other personal data, however the courses content will be made unavailable when the license expires.
Do I need to be a member?
You are not required to be a member to register for SHRM eLearning courses. For most courses, SHRM offers a discounted rate for SHRM members.

Payments

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you may purchase with a credit card online (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Can I pay by check?
Unfortunately not. SHRM eLearning can only be purchased online via credit card.
Can I pay with a PO?
Unfortunately not. SHRM eLearning can only be purchased online via credit card.
Can I use a Gift Certificate?
Unfortunately, gift certificates are not currently an option for purchasing SHRM eLearning courses. However, you may purchase courses on behalf of another person. Please log in as the user taking the course or the corporate administrator. Accounts and user licenses are assigned to the purchasers.
Can I be invoiced?
Unfortunately we cannot create invoices at this time for SHRM eLearning. However if your organization requires an invoice for large orders, please contact us directly at elearning@shrm.org.
What is the sales tax?
There is no sales tax for eLearning products.

Login/Password

How do I login?
Login with your email address and password, at elearning.shrm.org/lms. Your username is the email address that you used to register for the SHRM eLearning product. Please keep in mind that it is possible to have multiple eLearning accounts. For your privacy, we highly recommend separating corporate and personal accounts as the administrator can view all data tied to the corporate purchase (transcripts, progress, etc.).
What if I don't remember my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password and you’re on the eLearning login page, please click on Forgot Password. You will be taken to this page, please follow the prompts. Enter in the email address that was used to access your SHRM eLearning product. Once entered, click send instructions.
What if I don’t know my username?
Your username is the email address that you used to register for the SHRM eLearning product. Please keep in mind that it is possible to have multiple eLearning accounts. For your privacy, we highly recommend separating corporate and personal accounts as the administrator can view all data tied to the corporate purchase (transcripts, progress, etc.). Do I have to have a username and password?
You must login to the SHRM eLearning landing page with your username and password.
Can I change my password or username?
If you would like to reset your information, and you’re on the eLearning login page, please click on Forgot Password. You will be taken to this page, please follow the prompts. Enter in the email address that was used to access your SHRM eLearning product. Once entered, click send instructions. Once the email has been sent, a green notice will appear. If the email does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check the spam or junk folder. The email will come from SHRM Gatekeeper at no-reply@shrm.org. Continue to follow the prompts. The system will show a green notification when the password has successfully been reset.
Can I change my email address?
To update your email address, please log into your account. Access your profile information to update your email address.

Refunds

What is the refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the product, the wrong product was purchased, or if the license was issued to the wrong user, please submit a refund request directly to SHRM eLearning within two business days of your purchase time. If the course(s) have not been completed, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Transfers/Cancellations

What is the transfer policy?
Unfortunately we cannot transfer licenses. If a license was issued to the wrong user, a new license must be purchased. Refunds can be requested for the original purchase, however the refund policy still applies.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
If you are unsatisfied with the product or if the license was issued to the wrong user, please submit a refund request directly to SHRM eLearning within 48 hours of your purchase time. If the course has not been completed and a certificate was not issued, you will be eligible for a full refund.
