Can I purchase for other people?
You may purchase SHRM Store items for another person online or via phone with the SHRM Member Care Center.
How can I ensure my order was received?
You should receive a confirmation email to the email address on file once the payment has been received. You may also access your orders online under your account / MySHRM area by selecting the My Orders & Donations tile.

SHRM Account
You should receive a confirmation via email. However, if you may contact the SHRM Member Care Center by phone or email to ensure your order was received.

eLearning
An order confirmation will be emailed to the corporate administrator once the payment has been received, however if another is required, please log into shrm.org. Once logged in, click on your name in the top-right corner and My Account in the drop down menu. If you are unable to log into your account, please contact SHRM E-Learning:

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?
You may access a receipt of payment online under your account / MySHRM area by selecting the My Orders & Donations tile. You may also request a receipt of payment via phone or email.
Can I put something in my cart and come back later?
If you have "cookies" enabled on your computer and you log in again on the same computer, your items will still be in your cart. Selected seminars will remain in your cart for approximately 30 days.
I saved something in my cart and now it is gone.
If your item is no longer displayed in your cart, it may have reached the 30 day expiration date. You may re-select your item to add it to your cart before checking out.
Can I view my order history?
You may access your order history under your account / MySHRM area by selecting the My Orders & Donations tile.
Do I need to be a member?
You are not required to be a member to purchase SHRM Store items. However, for most items, SHRM offers a discounted rate for SHRM members.

Login/Password

How do I login?
Login with your email address and password, at login.shrm.org. Our sign in process has changed. If you haven't set up your secure login, enter your 8-digit Member ID in the Email field and your Last Name in the Password field to begin this process.
What if I don't remember my password?
If you do not remember your password, please visit login.shrm.org and click the “Forgot Password?” link. You will receive password reset instructions via email to the address listed on our records.
What if I don’t know my username?
Your username is your email address which we have listed on file. If you do not recall your username, please contact the SHRM Member Care Center:

Do I have to have a username and password?
Certain areas of the SHRM website are public, other areas contain member-only information. However, to make any purchases, you must create a username and password.
Can I change my password or username?
Your username is your email address which we have listed on file. If you wish to update your username, you will be required to update your email address on our records. You may change / update your email address online on the MySHRM area (My Account tile) shrm.org/my/account.

How do I sign up for the SHRMStore eNewsletter?
Select "yes" to receive eNewsletter when completing a purchase in the online store. You may also send an email to SHRMStore@shrm.org with "Sign up for eNewsletter" in the subject line. This email is sent out to keep SHRMStore customers abreast of the latest offerings that are relevant to HR Professionals. You do not need to be a SHRM member to receive SHRMStore eNewsletters. The SHRMStore newsletter is mailed out weekly to SHRM Members and Nonmembers as well as SHRMStore
How do I stop receiving the SHRMStore eNewsletter?
Please follow the unsubscribe instructions in the SHRMStore eNewsletter you received or email the SHRMStore at shrmstore@shrm.org with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
