Can I purchase for other people?
Yes, purchases for other people within the same organization are available.
Can I do a corporate purchase?
Yes. Choose from two convenient options – For training led by a SHRM-Certified Instructor with onsite, live virtual learning or a blended learning experience of both to reach teams at multiple locations call +1-703-535-6496 or email OrgTraining@SHRM.org. For training Led by Your instructors or Self-Directed Learning, materials can be provided for your instructors to teach from or for staff to study on their own. How can I ensure my order was received?

Can I put something in my cart and come back later?
Selected items will remain in your cart for approximately 30 days.
I saved something in my cart and now it is gone.
If your Learning System is no longer displayed in your cart, it may have reached the 30 day expiration date. You may re-select your item to add it to your cart before checking out.
Can I view my order history?
You may access your order history under your account / MySHRM area by selecting the My Orders & Donations tile.
Do I need to be a member?
You are not required to be a member to purchase the SHRM Learning System. However, SHRM offers a discounted rate for SHRM members.

Payments

Can I pay by credit card?
Orders should be accompanied by check (company or personal; make check payable to SHRM), money order, or credit card number (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Written purchase orders are accepted by mail or by fax. Please include SHRM order form with purchase orders.

Can I use a Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase the Learning System.

What is the sales tax?
Applicable state sales tax will be applied to each Learning System order.

How do I login?

What if I don't remember my password?
If you do not remember your password, please visit learnhrm.partnerrc.com/am/@@loginand click the “Forgot your login name or password?” link. You will receive password reset instructions via email to the address listed on our records.

Do I have to have a username and password?
A username and password must be used to access the learnhrm website.
Can I change my password or username?
Once you log into the Learning System website you may change your email address on your account.

Refunds

What is the refund policy?
Unused items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase. No items will be accepted after 30 days or if they are not in a condition to be resold.

What is the transfer policy?
Purchases may not be transferred to another user.

When will I receive my purchase?
You should receive your materials within a 7 – 10 business days of purchasing.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, the SHRM website will prompt this information during purchasing.
What are the shipping charges?
