We just started using FMLA Manager in 2017 and it's a great tool to keep track of federal, state, local, and company-specific leave programs. This makes compliance and tracking easy.

The only drawback I've had so far is that it can't import timecard reports for intermittent FMLA tracking. So any intermittent leave time has to be entered manually.

Other than that, it's a great product and is saving us lots of time and makes administration easier and more compliant. (Posted on 12/27/2017)
