The SHRM Compensation & Benefits Symposiums have been designed to give you the tools, information and resources you need to evolve your total rewards strategies. There are two separate events:

During the Rewarding Work: Spotlight on Benefits Strategy event on August 7th, you will learn best practices for designing and evaluating your benefits program, how to target millennials and how to ensure your benefits strategy is compliant.

During the Rewarding Work: Spotlight on Compensation and Performance Management event on August 8th, you will learn about the important connection between compensation and performance management and the implications this connection can have on your organization.

You can register for one or both events. If you register for both events, you will receive a $90 discount.

  • Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a 50% refund until July 31, 2017.
  • Cancellations received after July 31, 2017, are nonrefundable.
  • If a SHRM Member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must pay the difference of the SHRM member and nonmember price at the time of the transfer.
