The 2025 Women in Leadership Institute™ (WIL), presented by Linkage, a SHRM Company, is a four-day immersive convening open to all positions, professions, and genders. Attendees will take the next step in professional advancement through hands-on learning, a supportive community, and real-life insights designed to elevate organizational contributions.

Different pass types allow attendees to choose the learning journey that best fits their needs. All pass types, including All-Access and Alternative Options, include on-demand access to the virtual platform for 90 days after the conference. In-Person All-Access Pass
While the track is open to all, programming is designed with Female Leaders in mind.
The In-Person Pass empowers attendees to experience the entire conference in-person. Providing 21 hours of leadership development, the In-Person Pass includes access to all the keynote sessions, small-group learning led by an expert coach and facilitator, two breakout sessions focused on the topics impacting women most, on-demand pre-conference webinars, a 360° Assessment for women leaders, a learning guide, and networking in the virtual platform.

The Virtual Keynotes Pass empowers attendees to experience the conference in a totally virtual and abbreviated format. The Virtual Keynotes Pass gives registrants access to 10 hours of leadership development and includes access to all the keynote sessions, on-demand pre-conference webinars, a self-assessment for women leaders, a learning guide, and networking in the virtual platform.

While the Track is open to all, programming is designed for those who have already attended the institute on an all-access pass.

Introducing a CIAA approach to leadership, allyship, and collaboration – Curiosity, Interest, Accountability, and Action. This is an invitation to join the voices at the table and learn how to create, support, and participate in an environment that drives progress for all. Through interactive and reflective sessions, participants will learn to lead more inclusively and become catalysts for positive change. Together, we’ll build a stronger workforce that leverages the unique strengths of every individual and recognizes the value of our differences. Participants will leave equipped to create a better workplace culture and move the needle forward with the power of the collective.
