Description
This course covers the structure, enforcement of, and plan requirements set by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). The course also examines the types of plans covered under ERISA, fiduciary responsibility, plan funding, reporting and disclosure requirements, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC).
