Employment Law for Managers - Individual

Employment Law for Managers provides essential knowledge in key areas of the law, including harassment and discrimination, workplace violence and abusive conduct, wage and hour law, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Helps learners understand best practices for critical stages of the employment relationship, from interviewing and hiring to performance management and employee reviews, and finally, to employment termination. An additional module is available for employers with affirmative action obligations.
