R.E.D. Leadership! - 15 Strategic Ways to Retain, Engage, and Develop More Culturally Diverse Leaders
Description
A few years ago, as a doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Fredenburg sought out to find out if transformational leadership had a positive impact on the retention of virtual millennial volunteers. Through this doctoral experience of developing a dissertation around the subject matter, not only did he discover some strategic keys that organizational leaders can use to increase the retention rates amongst members of the Millennial generation, but more importantly, he realized that more research, knowledge, and insight needed to be attained within various organizations and companies to increase the retention, engagement, and development of culturally diverse Millennial and Gen. Z leaders.
Based on these findings, Dr. Fredenburg was inspired to create R.E.D. Leadership, a book for people that desire to become more effective at retaining, engaging, and developing more culturally diverse Millennial and Gen. Z leaders. In effect, the sole purpose of this book is to help organizational leaders from various areas of expertise become better at retaining, engaging, and developing culturally diverse world class leaders from the two most culturally diverse generations in American History.R.E.D. Leadership is a book that is not only separated with three distinct sections that revolve around retention, engagement, and leadership development, but more importantly, within these different sections, Dr. Fredenburg provides fifteen strategic keys from his personal experience and research on the subject matter to help organizational leaders from any area of expertise become better at retaining, engaging, and developing more culturally diverse Millennial and Gen. Z leaders.
