The SHRM Essentials of Human Resources self-paced program provides a foundational overview of HR practices and behaviors. Upon successfully completing and passing the final assessment, individuals who are SHRM-certified are eligible to receive a total of 15 Professional Development Credits, in addition to their certificate of achievement.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore U.S. Law content, although they are not required to pass the U.S. Law quiz to access their final assessment. It is important to note that the final assessment will not contain any U.S. Law questions. This self-paced program offers a comprehensive online interactive learning experience. Upon purchase, users will have access to the web-based software for a period of 12 months. Access is restricted to the original purchaser and is granted as a Limited License.
