The Skilled Credentials Action Planner is a free, self-paced way for busy HR professionals to learn about and adopt a skills-based hiring or retention strategy for your organization. Full of resources, knowledge, and guided learning prompts, the Skilled Credentials Action Planner is a self-paced tool that takes you on a step-by-step journey to assess the readiness of your organization and your team, learn about how to integrate change management methodologies into your day-to-day work, and select, learn, and develop a work plan for one of nine skills-first strategies. Over the course of the Action Planner, you’ll be taken through a series of prompts that will, when you finish, be compiled into an action plan that you can use to turn your goal into a reality.
