Dr. Heather Lyall has a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration specializing in Industrial and Organizational psychology from Northcentral University. She is also a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources and has worked with second-chance hires for over ten years. Dr. Lyall is a wife and mother of six who wants to help individuals, communities, and businesses succeed, grow, and change for the better.
