The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released a new “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” posting that must be posted by employers with 15 or more employees. This is a mandatory federal change. All covered employers must display the new poster, which replaces the “Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law” poster, also known as the “EEO is the Law” poster.

The Maryland Department of Labor has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage and Overtime Law poster to note that the minimum wage rate of $13.25 per hour is in effect as of January 1, 2023, for employers with 15 or more employees. The minimum wage for employers with 14 or fewer employees is $12.80 per hour.​​​​​​
