How do I login?

Your e-mail address is your username. If you have forgotten your password, go to and click "Need Help Signing In?" to have your password reset.
Do I have to have a username and password?
Certain areas of the SHRM website are public, while other areas contain exclusive members-only information. However, to make any purchases, you must create a username and password.
Can I change my password or username?
Your username is your email address which we have listed on file. If you wish to update your username, you will be required to update your email address on our records. You may change / update your email address online on the MySHRM area (My Account tile)

How do I sign up to receive SHRMStore e-mails?
At this time, it is not possible to sign up for SHRMStore e-mails, but we hope to have this option in the future.
How do I stop receiving SHRMStore e-mails?
Please follow the unsubscribe instructions in the SHRMStore e-mail you received or e-mail the SHRMStore at with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. For any e-mail SHRM sends, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail if you would like to stop receiving future e-mails.
